Our concept came from Al Hijaz area (al Madinah, Makkah, Jed-
dah, al taif) with Hijaz traditional food, and was founded in Abu
Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The chain has grown in KSA to
many company owned locations, and the first signed interna-
tional store outside the KSA locations In the UAE, the restau-
rant concept has grown to include central production kitchen
for all operations. The company’s brand is complemented by an
in-house patisserie, outside-catering.
The restaurant mission is to provide a cozy, chic ambient evoking the hijaziani el- egance, where guests can enjoy a unique menu of high-quality, gourmet cuisine, beverages and excellent service. The restaurant concept derives its uniqueness from a combination of the comprehensive menu, the restaurant interior design and the complementary business modules
